Did you once play a brass instrument and want to play again? Have you just moved to the St Albans area and want to play brass again? Are you a Grade 2 to Grade 4 standard (ie not an absolute beginner, even if you only played years ago)? Then we can help! Play with us! Our Community Band, which is thriving under the leadership of Beth, is open to adult musicians.
Who can come?
The Community Band is open to any adult who wishes to improve their existing playing or to adults who used to play and are keen to return. Approximate standard Grade 2 to Grade 4 (ie not absolute beginners).
How much does it cost?
Subscription for the Community Band is £12 per month.
Instrument Loan
Subject to availability, instruments can loaned for those who require them at no additional cost. This instrument can be taken home to practise in between the Community Band sessions. All we ask is that you take good care of it and if it gets damaged, please let us know.
